Generally this is a dirty place of work, managers do not care about cleanliness of the desktop and they use office space as a place for depositing a bigger number of various office objects and refuse to remove these objects which molest an employee. They save money on coworkers health of eyesight and do not offer to employees any desk lights. All employees wear glasses because of that.
The manager has a despicable attitude to workers. The middle manager shouts at workers and has awful behavior, shows at you with his finger and even to incoming customers as if he is an Emperor.
The HR manager won't help you much because her office is not in the facility of Bechovice and she is lazy to travel 1 hour way to the facility, so this will be a pain in the ass for any employee leaving this place.
